Medium early heirloom maturing in 104 days after planting the seedlings. Stem grows 50-60cm (19.6-23.6in) tall. Fruits are bright green, firm,crisp and tender, perfect to be eaten fresh, cooked, marinated, frozen. Cold resistant and can withstand the frost up to -10C.Naturally rich in essential vitamins and minerals, supports overall health and well being.
Growing: Not suitable for tropical climate.
Planting season: early spring, indoors, 6-8 weeks prior the last frost date. Direct seeding 4 months before the first fall frost.
Soil: well drained, fertile soil rich in organic matter.
Sowing depth: 1/2in (1.2cm) deep.
Spacing: 2-3in (5-7m) apart. Plant transplant seedlings 12-24 (30-61cm) apart.
Light: full sun.
Moisture: regular watering.
Fertilizing: Work fertilizer into the soil a few days before planting or transplanting. Fertilize again three weeks after transplanting.
