Delays in International Shipments
COVID-19 outbreak has severely impacted international movement of people and goods as countries implement additional border controls and restrictions on international travel. As a result, airlines have drastically reduced international services, leading to a significant reduction in air freight capacity and frequency to all international destinations. All shipments to overseas will result in delay from the usual transit time. Your patience is appreciated. Take care and stay protected.
Orders are being shipped within 2-3 business days after placing them and completing the payment.
Having branches in different parts of the world helps us to reach our customers at the most convenient and shortest time.
Orders to Singapore and other Asian countries are being shipped from Singapore via Standard SingPost mail (unless specified otherwise) and takes 1-3 business days within SG; 5-8 days to other Asian countries.
Orders to USA and CA are being shipped from USA (unless specified otherwise) via USPS standard mail and take 4-8 business days to arrive.
Orders to Europe are being shipped from Europe (unless specified otherwise) via Standard International mail and take 2-7 business days to arrive.
Shipping worldwide starts with 3 items & above, sending via Non-Registered mail. If customer wishes to upgrade the shipment to Registered mail (with tracking), please inform us (email@example.com) prior making the payment. We will calculate and let you know the extra cost accordingly.
Losses do happen during the shipping process. In case you do not receive your order within one month after it being confirmed as sent, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into the matter immediately, taking the necessary action.
In case you are not satisfied with your purchase by any chance you can return it within one month after receiving. item must be in its original packaging, un-opened, un-used and un-damaged.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
If item arrives damaged during the shipping, please send us an email (email@example.com), supported with photo and we will replace/refund accordingly.
If item by any chance, has any problems, please inform us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will work it out ASAP.
Refunds are issued within a month upon receiving a returned item or solving the case.
