Orders are being processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days after the payment has been made.
Having branches in different parts of the world helps us to reach our customers at the most convenient and shortest time. *Temporarily all orders are being shipped from Singapore and take 1-3 business days within Singapore; 7-10 days within Asia; 10-14 days to Europe and about 14 days to the USA. Orders worldwide are being shipped via Tracked Mail.*
Lost or damaged orders during the shipping do happen at times. If the order has not arrived within 4 weeks after it’s been shipped or it arrives damaged in any way, please let us know and we will re-ship or compensate for it otherwise at our cost. For damaged orders please inform us within one week after receiving it.
In the event of receiving incomplete (some item/s are missing/wrong item sent/missing quantity etc) orders please let us know and we will re-ship, replace or refund. These things rarely, but do happen simply due to human error during the packing process.
The orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped. If a customer decides to cancel the order, he/she can do so as long as the order has not been processed for shipment and/or shipped. Refunds are being issued upon the cancellation.
Returns are accepted within 30 days after the order is being shipped. Seeds must be new, unopened and unused.Buyer will bear the cost of return shipping. Refund is issued within one week after receiving the returned package.
We do track the stock very carefully to make sure the stock is up to date, however, in case the item appears to be out of stock or insufficient quantity, we will replace it with any other seeds of choice by the customer or fully refund at buyer’s choice.
If the buyer is not satisfied with our product in any way, we are more than happy to assist and solve the problem the best way possible for both sides.
