Annual, 50-60cm (19.6-23.6in) tall and 15cm (5.9in) wide decorative, bright yellow colour flowers. Looks amazing grown in yards, gardens, pots. Creates vivid, warm feel in the enviroment. Traditionally sunflower simbolizes prosperity and abundance. Grows best in fertile, neutral soil and warm, bright, sunny location. Blends well in flower bouquets.
Planting: Year round in tropical climate. After last spring frost, when the soil is approximately 60°F (16°C). Better suited for advanced growers in warm climates.
Soil: Loose, well-drained and fertile soil.
Sowing Depth: 1 inch (2.5 cm) deep.
Spacing: At least 6 inches (15 cm) apart.
Light: Full sun.
Watering: Water infrequently and deeply, unless weather is dry; then water once a week.
