Pepper Sweet 'Timia' (Capsicum Annuum) Vegetable Heirloom, 12-16 Seeds

An incredibly compact pepper plant with a high yield of large fruits with luscious, thick, sweet and juicy flesh. This pepper is perfect for culinary use due to its crisp, sweet flavour and attractive look. Perfect for snacking, salads, garnishes, as well as for stuffing and baking. Fruits are 20-25 cm long, orange and sweet when ripe. Easy and fast growing, rich in carbohydrates, minerals, in particular, potassium and vitamins P, C, B group, E. 

Planting: Year round in tropical climate; In temperate climates - Early spring, starting the seeds indoors 6-8 weeks prior the last frost date and transplanting outdoors after the danger of last frost is gone.

Soil: Fertile, well-drained soil. Grows well in warm and hot climates.

Sowing Depth: ¼ inch (.6 cm) deep.

Spacing: Approximately 18 inches (45 cm) apart.

Light: Full sun.

Watering: Water frequently to keep soil moist, but not soggy.

Fertilising: Required for normal soils.

Harvest:  65 days.
