Flame Nasturtium, Cardinal Climber 0.5g of Seeds (Ipomea cardinalis) Flower Heirloom

Annual flowering vine native to tropical America this exotic and splendid brilliant red ipomoea with the most delicate, filigree leaves and jasmine-shaped flowers. Plant it to clamber up through things and stud them with colour, or to cascade down in an ethereal semi-transparent patterned curtain from pots and window boxes. It's one of those plants that fully lives up to its name. This is a very graceful, airy annual vine, related to morning glory. The bright green leaves are triangular, with deep, narrow lobes that give them a lacy appearance resembling that of small palm leaves. Cardinal climber is often planted near a trellis or other structure that it can climb; it can also be used as a dense ground-cover. The delicate, lacy leaves form a peek-a-boo screen rather than blocking the view entirely. Matured plant reaches 1.8-3.6m tall and spreads to 22-30cm wide. This plant-like hot, humid weather for best growth.
