Medium late hybrid maturing in 120-130 days after planting the seedlings. The stem is firm and tall, can reach up to 100-110cm (39.3-43.3in) tall. Bright green colour fruits are great flavoured and has multiple ways of usage, including cooked, steamed, fried, marinated, frozen etc. Can be grown for micro sprouts. For the fruits to mature faster, the top of the plant has to be cut once the fruits starts to form. Cold resistant and can withstand the frost up to -10C.
Growing: Not suitable for tropical climate.
Planting season: early spring, indoors, 6-8 weeks prior the last frost date. Direct seeding 4 months before the first fall frost.
Soil: well drained, fertile soil rich in organic matter.
Sowing depth: 1/2in (1.2cm) deep.
Spacing: 2-3in (5-7m) apart. Plant transplant seedlings 12-24 (30-61cm) apart.
Light: full sun.
Moisture: regular watering.
Fertilizing: Work fertilizer into the soil a few days before planting or transplanting. Fertilize again three weeks after transplanting.
