Special Bok Choy variety with smooth spoon-shaped purple leaves and green stalks. Easy to grow and take care. Like regular Bok Choy, it's entirely edible and excellent in stir-frys, braised, roasted or grilled. It has a mild, sweet cabbage-like flavour. Braise whole in broth or sauté with sesame oil. Perfect for microgreens (10-15 days), baby-leaf (25-30 days) and full maturity (50-55 days). Looks very showy in any garden, as well as on the plate. Open pollinated.
