Suitable for fresh consumption: soups, stews, salads and processing, as well as canning and freezing. Under high processing temperature ponds turn bright green in colour. Suitable for outside growing. Prefers cooler temperatures.
Planting: Seeds are sown directly to the grown at the second half of May when the danger of last frosts are gone. Optimum temperature +25C. Being a climbing wine requires support. Preffers well drained, fertile soils and bright, warm, sunny location. Naturally rich in essential minerals, providing great nutritional value and supporting overall health.
