Early, super sweet and delicious corn variety. It can be eaten raw, chewing the creamy grain straight of the cobs, in salads, cooked and in home-made preserves. Apart from the high productivity and great taste, low sensitivity to the cool weather belongs to the biggest assets of this variety. Adverse weather conditions do not influence the vigour nor the quality and volume of the crops. Vividly yellow cobs tightly packed with grains grow 20 - 22 cm long.
Planting: Year round in tropical climates avoiding rainy season (unless planted in pots in the sheltered area). In temperate climate, plant in spring one-two weeks after last frost date, when the soil is approximately 70°F (21°C).
Soil: Fertile, well drained soil.
Sowing Depth: ¾ inch (.9 cm) deep.
Spacing: 6-7 inches (15-17.5 cm) apart.
Light: Full sun.
Watering: Water frequently to keep soil moist, but not soggy.
Fertilising: Optional.
Harvest: 100-120 days.
