Lemon Beebalm, Horsemint 1500-1800 Seeds (Monarda citriodora) Flower Heirloom

Perennial, herbacous, ornamental medicinal and culinary herb, used for its highly lemon-like scented and flavoured leaves and flowers. Fresh and dried leaves and flowers are very popular to be used as tea, providing very nice fragrance and special flavour. It can as well be used for flavouring meat, fish dishes, salads etc. Highly aromatic flowers attracts bees and butterflies. Grows up to 60cm (23.6in) tall.Easy and fast growing with basic maintenance.

Growing: Planting season: early spring, indoors, 4-6 weeks prior last frost; direct seeding after the last frost, May to Jun.

Soil: sandy loam to rocky soils.

Sowing depth: 0.4in (1cm).

Spacing: 12-18in (30-45cm) apart.

Light: full sun/partial shade.

Watering: moderate.regular to keep the soil moist.

Fertilzing: optional.
