English heirloom bred for overwintering. Tall and prolific it grows slowly through winter and sprouts in spring. Sets beautiful, bright purple florets that are great addition to the garden, as well as to daily meals. When matured heads are 3-5in (7-12cm) in diameter. Extremely hardy, tolerating temp.as low as -12C. Posses mild, sweet and delicate flavour. Harvest in 70 days.
